General Terms of Trade

Ordering

We accept orders via our website, using the secure and trusted PayPal Payment System.

When your order has been received we will send you a confirmation email.

You have the right to cancel any order free of charge as long as it has not been despatched.

Once an order is despatched you become responsible for any return costs should you wish to return the order.

If you are unsatisfied with your order you are entitled to a full refund provided the goods are returned within 7 days of the original date of order and that the goods are returned in the same condition as they were shipped including any packaging and contents. The cost of returning the order will be your responsibility. Returns of partially constructed kits or items showing evidence of soldering will not accepted. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 25% of the order value against order not returned in re-saleable condition.

Pricing

Pricing is subject to change at any time. Prices shown on the Website include GB VAT.

Shipping

Shipping is via the Regular United Kingdom Postal Service and is charged by weight. Overseas customers please contact us beforehand to agree delivery charges before placing your order. Overseas orders will be sent via the regular postal system unless you email us before your order to agree a higher priced delivery method.

Shipping is usually the next working day after payment is cleared, we do not ship on week-ends or English Bank Holidays.

Local Taxes and Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Warranty

RoboMicro warrants that all products supplied are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days following the date of order. We will repair or replace at our discretion any faulty item that has been bought from us and is returned to us within the warranty period.

The cost of returning faulty items is your responsibility. RoboMicro will cover only the cost of replacement/ repair and the return postage to you.

Please include your name, telephone number and address with any faulty item returned to us.

Data Protection

Any Data we collect about you will be be used lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
